We absolutely loved staying here! The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and a mall just a short drive away. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also impressed with the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at Jewel Al Nasr Hotel & Apartments were extremely helpful and responsive. I had an issue with the door to my room not locking properly, but they swiftly addressed the problem and fixed it for me. their willingness to assist and resolve issues was commendable.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, despite the minor inconvenience with the door lock.
